Add 3table spoon of porridge(Kollu Kanji) mix with 5 tumblers of water. Pour into cooker after 3-4 whistle. After opening the cooker add some salt, pepper powder for delicious taste.

Whole Porridge boiled in the cooker, add 3small onions, 2garlic, 1green chilly, 1tomato and boil along with the porridge, add some coriander(if needed add some vegetables and mushrooms). After few minutes you will get a healthy and delicious kollu soup.
